MBBS in Government Medical Colleges in Bangladesh

The Government of Bangladesh proposes 104 seats (92 MBBS seats & 12 BDS seats) for eligible students from the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) nations namely Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc. The seat allocation takes place based on merit.
The Government Medical Seat Distribution among the SAARC Countries is as below-

Indian students can study MBBS in Bangladesh under the SAARC Quota and Non-SAARC Quota in Private Medical Colleges of Bangladesh. Under the SAARC quota, Indian students can study MBBS in Bangladesh at government medical colleges for no cost or at the fee amount paid by local students.

The eligible Indian students will get direct admission to self-funded seats in Private Medical Colleges in Bangladesh. These Medical Colleges are affiliated with Government Universities and recognized by NMC, WHO, and other international governing Medical bodies.
